The Brain Dead x Converse One Star is a wild colorway by the streetwear label that released in 2019. The classic Converse sneaker is covered with mismatched graphic prints on each side of the shoe, including leopard, polka dot, and zebra stripe motifs. The distinct One Star is a follow-up to Brain Deads late 2018 collaboration on the Chuck Taylor 70, which featured the same prints in addition to camouflage and American flag graphics. The One Star also features the same text wrapping the midsole, but is constructed in suede instead of the traditional canvas of the Chuck.
