The New Balance 2002R Gore-Tex Tobacco??is a version of the retro running shoe with a rugged, weatherproof design. The Tobacco??2002R features a Gore-Tex membrane underneath its brown mesh base. Contrasting Tobacco-colored suede overlays are found throughout the design. A grey leather N??appears on both sides of the shoe and ??002R??branding is found on the lateral side of the heel. Gore-Tex??branding is located on the heel and on the branding tag on the collar. Underfoot, the cream foam midsole features New Balances N-ergy cushioning for a comfortable ride.
