The Air Jordan 5 Low Doernbecher 2022??is a special release of Michael Jordans fifth signature shoe designed by patient Michael Wilson as part of Nikes Doernbecher Freestyle series. The Nike Doernbecher Freestyle collection is a collaboration between Nike and the Doernbecher Childrens Hospital located in Portland, Oregon that gives children the opportunity to create a colorway of their favorite Air Jordan shoe. This is Michaels edition of the Jordan 5 Low, which is inspired by his love of airplanes, sharks, and mac and cheese. The multicolor upper features different colored suede panels. Specifically, the toe is displayed in Royal Blue with debossed macaroni print. An eye is found underneath the translucent netting on the side. The word Take Flight??is embroidered on the lateral side of the heel. A red Jumpman with MDW??branding, standing for Michaels initials, appears on the heel.
